Rental Rules, Waiver, & Requierments
Everything you need to know before your rental so your day on the water goes smoothly.

The primary renter must be 25 years or older and have a valid driver’s license.
Only approved operators listed on the waiver may operate the boat or jet ski.
Operating any watercraft under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for the boat or jet ski while it is in your possession.
This includes avoiding shallow water, rocks, beaching the boat, improper anchoring, interior damage, and misuse of equipment.
Please operate carefully and treat the watercraft as if it were your own.

Please do not refuel the boat or jet ski yourself.
We refuel all equipment after your rental at a rate of $6.50 per gallon and charge only for the fuel used during your rental.

Avoid shallow water, shorelines, sandbars, and rocky areas.
Do not beach the boat.
Anchor only in safe water depths and follow all Montana and Idaho boating laws.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed for returns.
After that, late returns are charged at $10 per minute, as it affects other reservations and delivery schedules.

If unsafe weather conditions occur, we may delay or reschedule your rental for safety reasons.
Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for cancellation.

After completing your reservation, you will automatically receive an email with our electronic liability waiver.
All renters and passengers must sign this waiver before the rental begins. Your rental cannot start until the waiver is completed.
